Just a note on my Bank of America lobby TV theory... it's ALL branches I've visited, and ever since the Fed bailed out Bear Stearns
(HGTV now on the lobby TV's instead of CNN or CNBC)

Anon 10:43--Appreciate you posting up what you're seeing. I haven't been into a BOA branch in months.

For those of you wondering what we're talking about: It used to be, nearly all BOA branched were tuned into CNBC or CNN headline News, but since the bear stearns issue and the resulting financial uncertainty it caused, BOA has been tuned into the Home and Garden Channel.

Guess they don't want to make anyone nervous and have them clear out their account

I made the discovery about B of A's TV's not tuned to CNN or CNBC the day I went in to inquire about protocol for withdrawing my savings in cash.
