This has to be one of the most intense collections of economic editorial cartoons I have ever seen in fifty years...
To say the least, it does not make me feel good, but thank you for posting them. Sobering, is not near the proper description.
Though, I have to ask, just where were all these cartoonists when Robert Zucarro came out with his book: DOW 30,000, in 2003... and "Flip this House," was becoming the rage of reality TV at the same time?
Well, I do hope that these illustrations get through to people that we are in a massive economic transformation period... And now it is time to get together and develop a more sustainable and holistic economic paradigm that is not so prone to extreme consciousness.
These are great. My favorite weekly reading. I made some nice shirts to commemorate our economic condition - long gold-short america t's now available at http://antithisestablishment.com.
