National Emergency Statement! LaRouche Speaks on Fed Rate
LaRouche says that the Fed must act right now, I think he means in the next week. He says that with a Fed rate of 4% the American dollar can be defended, otherwise not.
The fact that the US has a deficit of $2 billion a month scares me.
