How can riots in other countries be a national security threat for the US ? Is the US government planning intervention(s) in those other countries ? Is an attack on Iran back on the table ? Is this what Rahm Emanuel, the chief of staff of the White House was talking when he spoke the words "One shouldn't let a crisis go to waste" ?
